Answer:  First it’s important to remember that being hit in the mouth or hitting your mouth somehow is head trauma so you want to look for symptoms of a potential problem.  Be Leary of nausea, headaches, dizziness and light sensitivity. If any of these are present, go to your doctor or the emergency room.  In regards to the tooth the sooner it can be re-implanted the better at the scene of the trauma pick up the tooth by the white part gently rinse with cold water to remove debris and try to re-insert. If you cannot transport the tooth preferably in the mouth or in hanks balance salt solution if not you can use milk but do not place the tooth in water.  get to your dentist as soon as possible for reimplantation to better your prognosis
